Abhinav Pandrate / Shopify case study
STYRKR ERP & automation
Fixes to the Shopify, NetSuite and Celigo integration, plus an n8n workflow that sets up and removes staff accounts.
Role: Developer
Year: 2025–2026
Problem
Orders were stalling between Shopify and NetSuite, and staff onboarding meant manual setup across several systems.
What I built
- Traced the billing stall to split-tender and gift-card orders arriving with no payment method
- Fixed a Celigo mapping bug that was deleting records
- Migrated live subscribers between Recharge plans
- Built an n8n workflow triggered from monday.com that set up and removed staff across Gmail, Breathe HR and NetSuite
Stack
NetSuite, SuiteScript 2.1, Celigo, Recharge, Shopify GraphQL, n8n, DigitalOcean, Caddy
Outcome
- Integration errors cut from 188 to 8
- 487 subscribers migrated with zero failures
- 110 blocked subscription charges cleared
- About £37k of unbilled orders diagnosed
What I learned
Integrations fail quietly. Reconciliation reports catch what alerts don't.
